e-PIT for entrepreneurs

e-PIT for entrepreneurs

The Ministry of Finance confirms that this year it will launch the e-PIT for enterpreneurs. What will the settlement of entrepreneurs look like then? Will this make any difference? Recently Rzeczpospolita published an article containing a comment by Dr. Piotr Sekulski regarding this issue.

In the article available at this link you will find a lot of interesting information about the e-PIT service for enterpreneurs.

„This is new – in previous years, entrepreneurs completed their tax returns without the help of the tax office. E-PIT will make it easier for them to settle, although they still have to enter the most important things into it by themselves (…). The PIT from the tax office will also include child relief (this applies to entrepreneurs on a scale). – Of course, we need to verify whether we are entitled to it, as the tax office relies on data from tax returns from previous years and from the PESEL register.”.

“(…) What does the entrepreneur have to do by himself? – First of all, revenues (income), and, on a scale and linear basis, also the costs of obtaining them. The tax office does not know anything about them because it does not receive any declarations during the year.
